COSTUME CHECKLIST

Costumes are listed in the order they will be performed on concert day. Students should arrive in their first costume for rehearsal & photo day. Students should arrive in uniform on concert day for on stage rehearsal.

Concert Day Drop Off Procedure

All Pre-Teen students are to be dropped off near the Stage Door entrance next to Peace Park - see map). There will be staff/volunteers here, with age group signs, to process sign in and access through the stage door.

Please ensure you arrive on time for your drop off. The stage door can only be opened through an access pass which staff will have. With a very tight schedule during concert day, we will not be able to stay at the stage door entry for longer than required.

Students will need to arrive dressed in studio uniform with hair and makeup done. Please see your routines above for correct hairstyle.

Concert Day Pick Up Procedure

All students will return to their dressing rooms and collect their things. Once dressing rooms are closed, Pre Teen students will be the third group ushered out to Peace Park for pick up. Please meet here to sign your child out.
