COSTUME CHECKLIST

These costume lists are in the order they will be performed on concert day. They include correct shoes, stockings & hairstyle. Students will arrive in their first costume for both dress rehearsal & concert day.

  • Dress Rehearsal - Sun 29th Nov

    Arrival Time: 9:00am

    Finish Time: 10:30am

    Arrive in first costume, hair done (no make up required)

  • Concert - Sun 13th Dec

    The Pavillion Performing Arts Centre, Sutherland

    Arrival & Sign In: 1:30pm

    Show Time: 2:30pm

    Finish Time: approx. 5:30pm

Photo Day Schedule

Concert Day Drop Off Procedure

All Pre-Primary/Primary students are to be dropped off near the Stage Door entrance next to Peace Park (see map).

Please line up at the sign-desk which will be set up in this area. Staff/parent volunteers will be here to sign your child in, before they ushered inside.

No parents (apart from backstage volunteers) will be permitted backstage for drop off or pick up.

Arrival Time: 1:30pm

Please ensure you arrive on time for your drop off. The stage door can only be opened through an access pass which staff will have. With a very tight schedule during concert day, we will not be able to stay at the stage door entry for longer than required.

Students will need to arrive dressed in their first costume, with hair and makeup done. Please see your costume lists for the order of routines.

Concert Day Pick Up Procedure

All students will return to their dressing rooms and collect their things. Once dressing rooms are closed, our Pre-Primary/Primary students will be the first group ushered out to Peace Park for pick up.
