Costumes are listed in the order they will be performed on concert day. Students should arrive in their first costume for dress rehearsal, concert & photo day.

Concert Day Drop Off Procedure

All Pre-Primary/Primary students are to be dropped off near the Stage Door entrance next to Peace Park - see map). There will be staff/volunteers here, with age group signs, to process sign in and access through the stage door.

No parents (apart from listed volunteers) will be permitted backstage for drop off or pick up.

Please ensure you arrive on time for your drop off. The stage door can only be opened through an access pass which staff will have. With a very tight schedule during concert day, we will not be able to stay at the stage door entry for longer than required.

Students will need to arrive dressed in their first costume, with hair and makeup done. Please see your Age Group specific info for the order of routines.

Concert Day Pick Up Procedure

All students will return to their dressing rooms and collect their things. Once dressing rooms are closed, our Pre-Primary/Primary students will be the first group ushered out to Peace Park for pick up.
